2. Use of Services
To ensure our acquisition systems operate effectively and legally, we require clients and users to adhere to certain rules regarding access and use of Atlas Acquisition.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and represent a legitimate business entity to use our services.
Account Access: To access your Client Portal (Notion/Dashboards), you may be required to create credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse Atlas services. This includes, but is not limited to:
Using our outreach infrastructure for illegal spamming or phishing.
Attempting to reverse-engineer our automation workflows (n8n/AI systems).
Harassing, threatening, or defaming any person or entity through our communication channels.
3. User Content & Data
Atlas Acquisition allows you to submit business data, brand assets, and content for the purpose of executing our services.
Ownership: You retain full ownership of any content, logos, lists, or data you submit to us ("Client Content"). By submitting content, you grant Atlas a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the Client Content you provide. Atlas reserves the right to refuse service if the provided content violates any applicable laws or platform policies (e.g., LinkedIn User Agreements).
4. Intellectual Property
We respect intellectual property rights, both our own and those of others.
Ownership: The "Atlas Engine", including our proprietary automation workflows, n8n scripts, AI prompts, and strategic frameworks, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Atlas Acquisition. You are purchasing the outcome of the system, not the rights to resell or duplicate the infrastructure.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our proprietary methodology or internal software stack without our prior written permission.
5. Termination
Atlas Acquisition reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services or Client Portal at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our business or reputation. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Disclaimers
To clarify the limits of Atlas Acquisition's responsibilities, we provide the following disclaimers:
No Warranty: Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific revenue results, as these depend on market conditions and your offer.
Platform Compliance: While we implement best practices for safety, Atlas Acquisition is not responsible for third-party platform actions (such as LinkedIn or Email Service Providers) regarding account restrictions or bans resulting from outreach activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Acquisition, its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or inability to use them.
8. Changes to Terms
Atlas Acquisition reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated date will be reflected at the top. Your continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of Atlas Acquisition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
