1. Information We Collect

We collect data to engineer, deploy, and calibrate your Revenue Infrastructure.

  • Identity Data: We collect professional details such as your name, business email address, phone number, and LinkedIn profile URL to authenticate your access to the Atlas OS.

  • Strategic Business Data: In the course of deploying our Managed Infrastructure, we collect granular data regarding your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), Total Addressable Market (TAM), revenue metrics, and proprietary sales logic.

  • System Usage Data: We automatically log interaction data with our Client Portal and Reporting Dashboards, including IP addresses and access logs, to ensure system security and uptime.

  • Payment Information: Transactional data required to process your monthly infrastructure fees.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to orchestrate the "Atlas Hybrid Engine" and ensure operational efficiency:

  • Infrastructure Execution: To configure the 10-Agent Grid, calibrate decision trees (n8n), and execute outreach campaigns via our integrated tech stack (Clay, Instantly, etc.).

  • Optimization: To analyze campaign telemetry and refine the performance of the AI Agents for higher conversion rates.

  • Communication: To deliver Intelligence Reports, billing notifications, and critical system updates via "The War Room" (Slack) or email.

  • Security: To detect and prevent unauthorized access to your proprietary data silos.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party Processing

Atlas operates as an integrator of best-in-class technologies. To deliver our service, specific data points may be processed by trusted third-party infrastructure providers:

  • AI & LLM Providers: We may transmit anonymized or necessary context to Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating copy, analyzing sentiment, or enriching lead data.

  • Data Vendors: We utilize authorized data providers (e.g., Apollo, Clay) to verify and enrich contact information on your behalf.

  • Infrastructure Partners: Hosting and logic providers (e.g., n8n, Airtable, Brevo) that power the backend of your system.

We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place with these vendors to ensure they adhere to strict confidentiality standards.

4. Data Sovereignty & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We operate under a strict Data Sovereignty Protocol:

  • Your Ownership: You retain full ownership of the Output Data (Leads, Replies, Market Intelligence) generated by the system.

  • Disclosure: We only share data if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Atlas.

  • No Training on Client Data: We do not use your proprietary business secrets to train open-source models that could benefit your competitors.

5. Data Security

We employ enterprise-grade security protocols. Your data is stored in isolated environments with encryption at rest and in transit. Access to your specific "Revenue Engine" is restricted to authorized Growth Architects and technical staff necessary for maintenance. While we strive for absolute security, no digital transmission is 100% immune to external threats.

6. Your Rights

You have control over your information:

  • Access: You may request a log of the data we hold within your instance.

  • Correction: You can request updates to your ICP or account details at any time via your dedicated Slack channel.

  • Deletion: You may request the deletion of your personal data from our records upon termination of service, subject to legal data retention requirements.

7. Third-Party Links

The Atlas ecosystem integrates with external platforms (LinkedIn, CRMs). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any platform connected to your instance.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Protocol to reflect upgrades in our technology stack (e.g., adding new AI Agents). Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Atlas Infrastructure constitutes acceptance of these changes.
